Singing revolution, then what?

In this project the artists explore the role of choir singing in the Estonian independence from the former Soviet Union and what the songs mean today. The project is a partnership with Estonian choirs, artists and musicians and will be presented as an installation.

There are three parts to the project – the first is a residence at Kultuuritehas Polymer in Tallinn 1-30 April 2013 where the work is created, it will then be displayed in Tallinn and Umeå (preliminarily in the Glass House in May or June 2013).
